Lucas was truly incredible at our wedding at Oak Hill Farm near Dubuque, Iowa. The combination of his saxophone performance and DJ skills created the most romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. From walking down the aisle to the saxophone to the packed dance floor later in the night, every moment was made more special because of his music. Our guests were blown away, and so were we. They still talk about Lucas and our wedding night to this day! We can’t recommend Lucas enough—he made our day feel like a dream.
His communication leading up to the wedding made me feel so organized and prepared for the day. He knew our day of timeline perfectly and was able to MC the night away! Truly an amazing experience!"

"You won't regret hiring Nostalgia Rush!!! Lucas was the first vendor we hired and we could not stop talking about how excited we were for him. He did not disappoint!!
He was AMAZING and so easy to work with. We had so many questions about music choice and flow, which were all addressed throughout the planning process. He never made us feel bad for asking a ton of questions! We had a backyard wedding, so things were a bit untraditional. It felt daunting trying to figure out the logistics of everything (power, ceremony/reception set up, etc.), but Lucas handled it all very professionally and everything went very smoothly day of!
We hired Lucas for both our ceremony and reception. At the ceremony, he played sax while the guests were being seated and for the processional music. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing were a combo of DJ and sax. He was able to seamlessly transition between the 3 distinct vibes of the evening. Everyone LOVED him and thought the DJ/sax combo was such a unique touch. It really elevated the whole experience. He also had a sweet light set up that really made the tent look amazing!
We had a list of Croatian songs to play and he even spent the time learning some of them on the sax!! Really went above and beyond what we were expecting.
